What the work involves.
A well-designed sprinkler system puts water where the plants are and keeps it off driveways, walls and windows. New installations are planned zone by zone — lawn areas on spray or rotor heads, beds on drip — with a controller that makes seasonal adjustments simple. We install the main line, valves, heads, drip and controller, and test every zone before we leave.
Repairs usually start with a walk-through while the system runs: dry spots, geysers, heads that don’t pop up, zones that won’t shut off, or a controller that no longer makes sense. Most problems trace back to a broken head, a cracked line, a failed valve or a wiring issue, and can be fixed in a single visit. Larger fixes — re-routing a zone, adding coverage, replacing a manifold — are quoted before any work starts.

Sprinklers in Northern Utah
Many homes in Davis, Weber and Utah County — Layton, Bountiful, Woods Cross, Ogden, Lehi, Orem — run sprinklers on pressurized secondary water rather than culinary water. Secondary systems need filters, have a limited season (roughly spring through mid-October) and are being metered across the state, so efficient zoning and drip matter more every year.
Utah winters also mean every system has to be shut down and drained or blown out before hard freezes, then checked and started up in spring. Frozen lines, cracked backflow assemblies and split heads are the most common repairs we see after winter.

Do you repair sprinklers or only install new systems?
Both. We repair broken heads, lines, valves, leaks and coverage problems, and we install complete new systems and drip irrigation.
How do I know if my sprinkler system needs repair?
Dry or brown patches, water pooling, a zone that won’t turn on or off, heads that don’t pop up or spray oddly, or a water bill that jumped are the usual signs. Run the system and look — or send us a short video by text.
Can you set up drip irrigation for my beds and trees?
Yes. Drip delivers water at the roots, uses far less than spray heads and keeps foliage dry. It can be added to an existing system as its own zone.
Do you work with secondary (pressurized irrigation) water?
Yes. Systems on secondary water need filtration and are planned around the district’s season. Tell us which water your home is on when you call.
