General remodeling is what most real projects look like: a few things that need to change, in more than one room, involving more than one trade. Describe what you want different and we’ll sort out the scope — which parts are flooring, which are tile, which need a plumber or an inspection, and what order they should happen in. You get one point of contact and one schedule instead of coordinating separate contractors.
EKN started in 2018 as a lawn-care company and grew into construction and remodeling because customers kept asking for the next thing. That history shapes how we work: show up when we say we will, keep the site clean, and explain what we’re doing and why. Estimates are written and free, and we’ll tell you plainly if a project isn’t a good fit.

Hiring a remodeling contractor in Utah
Utah requires a licensed contractor for most remodeling work above a modest dollar threshold, and licenses can be checked publicly through the state’s Division of Professional Licensing. EKN is licensed and insured; ask and we’ll confirm the details for your project. A licensed contractor is also the party responsible for permits and inspections when your project needs them.
